A film is nothing without its crew, and ours was the best. Many people donated their time and talents to making this film, showing their commitment to the subject and the project. Our rule on this production was that everyone’s voice and point of view matters. Collaboration was the key to making this film; it was shaped by everyone from the transcriber to the director. A good team doesn’t have to agree on everything; rather we made sure to talk through differences and come to the best decisions for achieving our overall vision. Even though making a film can be hard work, this never felt hard because of getting to work with all these wonderful people. Hugs, humor, and chocolate – our key ingredients to making a great team.
